After receiving a Bachelor's of Arts degree in psychology from Quincy College in Illinois, Mr. Tebbe continued his studies and earned a Master's of Arts degree in Psychology from Illinois State University. He also completed additional graduate study in the area of substance abuse while providing counseling services at Virginia Commonwealth University.

As the Community Development Manager at Crossroads in Farmville, Virginia, he developed and implemented public relations programs to coordinate community resources. He has also conducted workshops on anger management, stress management, and assertiveness training for adolescents and adults.
At the Adolescent Health Center USA, Mr. Tebbe provides mental health/substance abuse counseling for individuals and families, as well as group counseling for adolescents and adults. In addition, he is serving as a mental health consultant to a correctional facility in Southwest Virginia.
