Psychological and Educational Testing Services
Watching your children, teens and young adults struggle in the school environment or with personal and social problems can be frustrating, upsetting and confusing. Too often, children who experience barriers to learning are labeled with behavior problems instead of learning, developmental or psychological problems, preventing students, parents and the schools from addressing the root causes of a student’s challenges. As a parent, it’s important that you trust your instincts if you feel more can be done to help your child.
AFHC’s psychological and educational testing services provide a clear understanding of your child’s specific strengths, obstacles to learning and successful adjustment in all areas of life, and give parents specific recommendations for change. Psychological and educational testing can be used for children, teens and young adults, those who attend public or private schoolS , as well as in the college students and young adults.
